What we are looking for:

• Minimum two years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (either in-house or agency).

• Experience in high-demand talent segments, preferably in IT consulting, management consulting, or tech start ups/scale ups.

• Understanding of search and selection methods, including research, long-list and shortlist development, candidate qualification, and managing the interview process.

• Experience of using Boolean for sourcing projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with hiring managers and colleagues.

• Ability to use initiative to drive recruitment processes forward and implement best practices around candidate experience.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferably Teamtailor, and recruitment software, including AI.

• University Education

• Fluency in both Swedish and English

What you will do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job postings.

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Implement best practices around candidate experience to ensure consistent positive interactions.
